Michele Julie Glass is an associate in the Environmental Department. She has experience representing parties in a broad range of matters, including brownfields redevelopment and site remediation, transactional matters and due diligence, permitting, litigation, insurance and environmental compliance. Michele has negotiated redevelopment agreements on behalf of developers and provided assistance through all phases of the remediation process from initial investigation through no further action and/or response action outcome.
Michele is an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section, co-chairing its annual Environmental Law Forum and serving as the 2015-2016 Treasurer and 2016-2017 Secretary. Michele is also involved in the Justice Stewart Pollock Environmental Inn of Court, and was included on the Thomson Reuters’ New Jersey "Super Lawyers" Rising Star list from 2009 to 2013, and in 2016 and in 2017. Michele earned her B.S. in Applied Economics and Management magna cum laude from Cornell University and earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she also received a Certificate in Environmental Law.
