Samantha Epstein is an associate in the firm’s Corporate, Finance & Business Transactions Department and is based in the firm’s New York Office. Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Samantha was an associate in the Corporate/Securities Practice Group of one of Long Island’s largest regional law firms.
Samantha earned her J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law, where she served as the Production Editor for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and a Fellow for the Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law. During law school, Samantha served as an intern at Pepper Hamilton, LLP, as well an intern for the Office of General Counsel at Wawa, Inc. Samantha was also a summer associate at UBS Financial Services, Inc.
Samantha earned her B.A. from Wesleyan University, where she was a four-year starter and Captain of the Wesleyan University Women’s Softball team. Samantha also represented the United States at the 18th World Maccabiah Games in Israel, where she helped the Team USA Women’s Softball earn a gold medal.
