OVERVIEW
Danielle is a member in the firm’s Real Estate Department. She focuses her practice on complex real estate transactions, including construction and permanent financing, acquisitions and dispositions, ground, retail, industrial and office leasing and a wide variety of other real estate matters.
Recent representative transactions include:
Leasing. Representation of tenant in lease of 105,000 square feet for office space at new construction project. Representation of Fortune 50 company in the ground lease of 45 acres to a developer to construct 350-500,000 square foot outlet mall.
Lending. Representation of various lenders in connection with traditional mortgage loans, securitized loans, bridge loans and hard money loans across the country.
Acquisition, Sale and Refinance. Representation of purchasers, sellers and owners of land, office buildings, multifamily and mixed use projects located in various states across the country.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle was an associate at an AmLaw 200 law firm. While in law school, Danielle interned for the Honorable Leonard B. Austin, Associate Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. She also served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hofstra Law Review. Her Note, Preventing Prescription Drug Overdose in the Twenty-First Century: Is the Controlled Substances Act Enough?, is published in Volume 38 of the Hofstra Law Review.
Danielle earned her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 2011 and her B.A. from Binghamton University in 2006. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
