OVERVIEW
As a member of the firm’s Tax, Trust and Estates Department, Lori counsels individuals, families and business owners in all aspects of Tax, Trust and Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning. She has particular emphasis on wills, trusts and sophisticated tax planning techniques along with corporate planning involving closely held businesses. Her professional focus includes planning for families which have children with special needs and elder care planning. She has lectured and written on topics including trusts and estates, special needs planning, acts of preservation and elder care planning, and planning for a family member with addiction issues.
Consistently awarded high marks for the quality of her legal work and practical advice, Lori has garnered professional accolades from Martindale Hubbell, New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars in Estate Planning, Trust and Estates, and Best Lawyers in America in Trust and Estates.
