OVERVIEW
Michael J. Kearney is an member in the firm’s Tax, Trusts & Estates Department. Mike represents individuals, families and closely held businesses in all aspects of tax and estate planning, business planning and estate administration. Part of the firm since 2012, Mike has represented clients ranging from young couples with minor children needing appropriate wills, to high net worth individuals and families needing sophisticated estate planning to minimize estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxes for multiple generations. Mike’s representation of closely held businesses includes the preparation of stockholders agreements, business succession plans and buy-sell agreements and counseling on other business related issues.
