Tereina Stidd concentrates her practice in the area of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Probate Litigation and Tax.  Ms. Stidd is co-author of the chapter “Homestead” in Basic Estate Planning in Florida, 6th and 7th ed. published by the Florida Bar.  She is a contributor to Estate, Gift, Trust and Fiduciary Tax Returns Planning and Preparation published by Thomson Reuters.  She has been recognized many years as a Super Lawyers Florida Rising Star.  See Award Methodology. 

Ms. Stidd has spoken on various estate planning, retirement assets, homestead and probate matters.  She graduated Cum Laude from St. Bonaventure University with a B.A. in Political Science.  She received her J.D. from the Claude W. Petit College of Law at Ohio Northern University and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law.  She is licensed to practice law in both Florida and North Carolina.
