Andrew Roth-Moore brings a strong background in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring to his practice at Cole Schotz. He represents corporations, investors, lenders, directors and officers in chapter 11 and 15 bankruptcy cases and adversaries and state court litigation, out-of-court restructurings, and financing and sales transactions, as well as district court and circuit-level appeals. He also has experience leading successful negotiations of disputes related to director and officer agreements, commercial agreements, and litigation.
