Brian is an associate in the Litigation Department where his practice focuses on commercial litigation. Brian has experience litigating all phases of complex cases, including class actions, on behalf of major financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Brian also has experience in trials, mediation, arbitration, appeals, and multidistrict litigation.

Brian is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, where he served as co-Chair of the Moot Court Board and as a Submissions Editor for the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. At graduation, Brian received the Myron Harkavy Prize, awarded to the student showing the most promise as a trial lawyer. Following law school, Brian served as law clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Graves, J.A.D. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
