Patrick earned his B.A. from Seton Hall University and his J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. During law school, Patrick worked as a judicial intern in the chambers of Judge Steven C. Mannion of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and as a research assistant to Professor Angela C. Carmella. Patrick also served on the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and was a recipient of the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence.
