Shelby Nace is an associate in the Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Department and is based in the New York office.

Prior to joining Cole Schotz, Shelby represented clients in complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts, representing clients in a diverse range of industries.

Shelby graduated from The University of Michigan Law School in 2018. While in law school she was a Notes Editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform, and worked as a student attorney for The Michigan Innocence Clinic and Human Trafficking Clinic.
